Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Warning! This is a scam company.
I booked a Studio Suite Deluxe Apartment at Elite Apartments City Center Prestige as a special Valentine’s Day gift for my partner, but what we got was a tiny, dirty room that was nothing like the listing. It was not the room in the listing and this completely ruined what was supposed to be a special trip.
• We paid for a queen-sized bed, but instead, there was only a broken sofa, which we were forced to sleep on.
• The water in both the sink and the shower didn’t drain properly, making it very inconvenient.
• The floor felt like walking on newspaper, making noise with every step, and it was also dirty.
• There were spider webs everywhere + A SPIDER, and overall, the place was not cleaned properly.
• We didn’t get any shampoo or soap, and the towels were dirty.
• The bed sheets were already used and smelled bad—it was clear they hadn’t been changed.
• There was no City View as promised, the view was a building and no balcony like in the picture.
Since we arrived late at 2:00 AM and were extremely tired, we couldn’t find another hotel at that hour. We had no choice but to sleep in our clothes because the bed sheets were so dirty and stinky.
I tried to call them several times to file a complaint, but all we got as a response was, "the room should be clean because it was cleaned yesterday."
I have pictures of all the dirt and that the room was not what I paid for, and I want a refund, but you did not want to refund us. This was not what we were promised,
