Inconvenient service in a convenient location.
Ideal for business trip or leisure but the accomodation only provides double beds despite option on booking. Check in is a nightmare and would only advise if you speak Polish- which luckily my friend did. Seemed cheap initially, until extra £40 in charges to be paid in cash on arrival and all documents they make you sign before issuing key are in Polish. Would not stay again

Ogólnie hotel jak i apartament na wysokim poziomie i standardzie. Natomiast obsługa przy meldunku bardzo nieprzyjemna. Dodatkowo bardzo nie spodobało mi się to, że podczas rezerwacji na stronie hotel.com, nie ma jasno wymienionych kosztów (chodzi o depozyt), o tych kosztach dowiedziałam się dopiero podczas meldunku. Nie każdy jest przygotowany na takie koszta.

Paikka hieno, palvelu huono. Takuuraha piti jäätä, ei ollut mainittu yhtään kun varasimme paikka, lisää rahaa pyytänyt myös saapuessa, niin sanottu ettei ollut oikea hinta nettissa, joten ei enää IRS Royal Apartaments ennä kiitos, lisäksi toimisto en eri kun majoitus, taxi menee omalla kustanuksella. Kyllä saimme tarpeeksi tätä touhua.

ご注意あれ！
宿泊施設で鍵を受け取るように追加金を予め払っていたが、HPに記載してある住所と実際のアパートメントは場所が違って、困り果てて近くの別のホテルの受付でその事情を話すと、オーナー宅に電話をかけてくれ、そのアパートメントが実際にある住所と地図まで丁寧に書いてくれて助かりました。宿泊所は町の中心から数百m入った辺りで、実際着いてみると悪びれた表情もなく淡々と事務的に済ませていました。部屋の作りは悪くないが、ベッドの枕やソファーに置いてあるクッションもクリーニングがきちんとされていないようで、前の人が使った匂いが少し残っているところがあり、とても気持ち良い滞在にはなりませんでした。 Hotels.comを使って久しいですか、こんな経験は初めてのことでした。

Nära till tandläkarn.
Mycket trevligt men saknade informationspärmen på rummet. Jag var på Anna dental Clinic som låg 30 sek promenad från lägenheten.

鍵の受け取り場所がアパートと余りに離れていたのでひどすぎる。また受け取り場所の連絡がメールで来なかったので、２時間もさまよった。施設では、携帯電話で知らせたといったが、その番号の届出が日本の番号だったので、携帯電話には届かなかった。現地でのＳＩＭの新しい番号を知らせるべきであるが、そのような連絡がなかった。全く鍵の受け取り場所が分からず、あきらめて新しいホテルを探したが、どこも満室でさまよってしまったが、親切な人に遭遇し、その人の携帯電話で連絡をとってもらい鍵の受け取り場所がやっと分かった。こんなことは初めてである。どうにか反省してほしい。

В целом отель не плохой, но местоположение отеля указано не правильно. Мы 2 часа ходили по старому городу в поисках отеля. Обратились на стойку помощи для туристов. Они связались с руководством отеля. Нам предложили приехать за ключами на другой конец города,рецепшн находится в 9 км от места, указанного на карте. Поездка обошлась в 52 злотых. Нам дали 2 ключа и выписали квитанцию, дополнительно, на 160 злотых, написали адрес нахождения отеля, совершенно не тот, что был указан на сайте , и предложили добираться до него самостоятельно!!!! Я стала возмущаться,потребовала директора и машину, что бы нас довезли до места, т.к. уже стало страшно, что меня просто обманывают.Нас довезли. Отель находится на конце "старого города", в целом -приличный. Но, у нас не работал телевизор. Мы обратились к девушке на стойке внизу, где нам сказали оставить ключи по выезду. Девушка вообще не захотела с нами разговаривать. в итоге ТВ у нас не было. никакой уборки тоже не было. никакой ответной реакции на наши просьбы не было. Категорически не рекомендую!!!Развод чистой воды!

Markedsført som hotell/leilighet, ikke som privatutleie som det egentlig var. Flere skjulte "gebyr/turist skatter/svindel" som dukket opp ved ankomst som ikke ble oppgitt. Depostitum, utvask, gebyr for innsjekk, totalt 1100 kr på toppen av bestillingen. Grei plassering. Ingen skille mellom rommene.

I was aware, that might be additional charge for cleaning and some deposit might be taken. But how can be deposit comparable to the price of the whole stay? How can hotel charge the additional charge for cleaning? it seems cleaning is obligation of any hotel - increase the total price, if you want more money! Moreover, no cleaning was made during my stay.

Comodo arrivare in centro.2 passi dalla passeggiat
Arrivati davanti l'appartamento, ci siamo accorti che il check in era a quasi 10 km di distanza. Prese le chiavi, l'appartamento non era dove descritto sull'offerta, ma fuori le mura dal centro. Sempre a pochi passi e più moderno,ma scomodissimo per il check in. Dovevamo accorgerci che per il check in davanti l'appartamento, dovevamo fissarlo in tempo giorni prima. Nel complesso buono, ma alla fine, abbiamo speso un 30/35% in più per via delle pulizie finali, non proprio economiche.

OK appartement close to the old city. The beddings were clean, bur we had to wash some og the glasses and cups. But a nice little kitchen. All in all a good stay for two persons.

cuando llegué a Gdansk le dije al taxista la dirección de mi apartamento. Cuando llegué, llamé a las oficinas de IRS y me comunicaron que al final ese no seria mi apartamento, sin ni si quiera disculparse, y me dijeron que tendria que pagar 30€ por la limpieza del apartamento, los cuales nobestaban anunciados en la web. Al final la habitacion era más pequeña y más alejada del centro y tuve que pagar 15€ por el check in in situ. Estuve muy decepcionado de la calidad del servicio: me cobraron 45€ mas de lo que yo habia contratado y me dieron un apartamento alejado del centro y mas pequeño.

Super leilighet i nærheten av kanalen.
Synes at booking gikk greit men det var tungvint i og med at henting av nøkkel var 8-10 km unna der leiligheten var. Det kunne vært et kontor i nærheten hvor en kunne hente nøkkel. Leiligheten var veldig bra, litt tungvint med å få tak i flere håndklær. Hvis skulle noen av flaskene på rommet så kunne en ha lagt penger igjen i leiligheten istedenfor å kontakte personale på tlf hver gang.
