"Ulrich and Bianca at the front desk were friendly and accommodating! Wonderful customer service from them. It was a blustery day when we arrived at the Hotel and when we entered our room, it was warm and inviting. The room was spacious and clean. The fireplace is ambience only but the room was plenty warm and cozy. With the lights off, the fireplace gave the room a cozy feel. We had the clam chowder and buffalo wings at the hotel restaurant. Both were tasty and satisfying. We’ll return again in the near future."
