Upon arriving at Les Trois Voisins, you're immediately struck by a sense of calm. The buildings are old and worn, but it’s clear that every renovation has been done with love. There’s an honesty to the place; it doesn’t try to be more than it is.
Host Etienne Cambier understands the value of a good meal and conversation. He’s the perfect host, but you must invest in the relationship to fully appreciate it. He’s always there with a smile, genuinely interested in your experience.
The food is simple country fare, but every bite tells a story. It’s cooked with care, using local ingredients, and the flavors reflect that. It’s hearty and honest—a direct reflection of the place and its people. The dishes may be straightforward, but they still manage to surprise, each one feeling like a warm embrace after a day spent outdoors.
The beer selection is carefully curated, chosen to perfectly complement both the food and the relaxed atmosphere of the place. Nothing is left to chance, though everything feels natural and effortless.
Les Trois Voisins doesn’t aim to impress in the traditional sense. It welcomes you as you are, offering warmth, honesty, and time to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. It may not be luxury in the conventional sense, but in its own way, it’s something far more valuable. It’s genuine.
