Beautiful cottage on Sydfalster.

The large kitchen room is located in the heart of the house and is the meeting place for the whole family. Here you can spend a lot of time together, prepare meals, play board games and much more. The decor is modern and inviting and you will definitely feel at home and enjoy life.

Outside, you'll have a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue at your disposal, so you can easily organize cozy barbecues on warm summer evenings. There are also sun loungers here where you can enjoy the sun. The youngest family members will love the garden, where they can spend many hours playing in the playhouse with swings and sandbox. The garden also has a campfire place where you can roast stick bread or marshmallows.

If you love the sea, this is the place for you! You are only 300 meters from the nearest sandy beach, where you can also fish.

Take a trip to Marielyst if you want to check out stores, visit restaurants or cafes. Here you will also find good shopping facilities.

Sehr tolle Umgebung und super Lage
Es ist hier und da sicher verbesserungswürdig. Einige Steckdosen gingen einfach kucht und nicht jedes Licht konnte eingeschaltet werden. Insgesamt aber sauber, wenn man über Kleinigkeiten wegsehen kann. Die tolle Lage und die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand machen so einiges wieder wett. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung mit kaum Verkehr. Der Strand ist 500m weg und fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann man diesen Ort und diese Wohnung empfehlen. Hunde sind willkommen und unser hatte auch dort eine Menge Spaß und Auslauf.
