Ganz gute Wohnung
Das Haus mit der Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Ortsmitte. An der Hauptstraße sieht alles gut aus, aber die Gassen,die zum Eingang führen, sind schmutzig,die Scheibe an der Eingangstür eingeschlagen,der Hausflur unschön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht, wenn man von der defekten Waschmaschine und einem defekten Kühlschrank mal absieht. Im funktionierenden Kühlschrank daneben befanden sich noch Lebensmittel und der Tiefkühlschrank war voll davon. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön und nicht so kramig. Im Schlafzimmer ist viel Platz,deswegen befinden sich dort drei verschiedene Schränke - komisch! In einem sind Kissen und Decken, in den recht bequemen Betten liegt aber nur jeweils ein schmales Kissen.Alles in allem konnte man es gut aushalten,aber es ginge besser!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig: Küche, in der man sitzen kann, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine vorhanden (ein Wäscheständer wäre praktisch). Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber absolut ausreichend. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen mitten in der Stadt (trotzdem ruhig). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, er hat immer gleich geantwortet. Einziges Manko: Für uns persönlich. waren die Matratzen zu weich. Falls wir wieder einmal in den Spessart fahren, werden wir versuchen, die Wohnung wieder zu buchen.
