Wonderful front desk staff who spring to action to help and the housekeeping staff are also great! Our room looked newly renovated and was sound proofed except for someone clunking around over head. There is construction across the street but that doesn’t disturb night time sleep. We didn’t pay for the hotel buffet but went across the street for breakfast. Laundry service was timely.

Such a wonderful, clean, safe, comfortable hotel! Our absolute favorite hotel in Switzerland! Everything felt first class. The bathroom was so spotless it positively gleamed!! Highly recommend!

This was a great two day stop on our travels around Switzerland. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was perfect. But mostly, the location was exactly where we needed to be. It was an easy walk from the Train station. It was close to the water and to old town. Would strongly recommend.
