There was no Housekeeping service during my stay, nor was there towel refreshment. Nobody collected the trash and the bathroom sink was clocked.

This hotel has a great location. The hotel feels tired and more like a 2 star. Furniture is scraped up. Refrigerator running loudly. Not enough towels. Body wash empty. Old coffee in lobby. Failure to refill k cups used. Dirty tissues noted under the bed. No smart tv so no streaming.

We booked a lakefront room and paid the up charge but they said non were available. First room had dirty sheets and smelled like throw up. They eventually gave us. Different room with a view of the parking lot. Bartender Abbie was excellent.

Location was amazing, restaurant was too and the room was comfortable. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they resolved it immediately. The only complaint is the pool, to say it is tiny is an understatement, if that is an important amenity for your stay you'll be disappointed. Loved that we could walk to restaurants and the lake and area around the hotel are beautiful.

The location and View were unbelievable. The Dining Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked if we could move outdoors It was very close to Vineyards we were looking to visit on our trip as well

Maintenance issues. Only one elevator was working for the three nights we were there. Took two days to get a knowledgeable maintenance person to replace thermostat, which took less than 5 minutes after I explained the issue. Alarm clock was not functioning. Sink drain was very slow. Return and exhaust vents were dirty. On plus side, beds were comfortable!

We really loved our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean, in close proximity to attractions and had many amenities. One piece of advice would be to improve communication between the kitchen and the main hotel. We paid for our food at the restaurant/bar. However, even though the bill was paid, it was still placed on our room as unpaid. So we had to pay our bill twice. We did pay it, because we didn’t save the receipt. But I have a charge on my statement for the same amount twice. One from the restaurant and one from the hotel. I will still recommend this place, I have no issues with it. However people will not always pay twice for their meals. Otherwise this is a great facility and again, we will still come back. I’ll plan to keep my receipts handy next time.
