Staff was great!! Check in and out so easy. Good food and entertainment. The only one issue was the fact that they took random amount of money out of my account and I had no clue. I know I’ll Get it back k but happy I had it in my account.

This was a decent property to stay at as it was lake front with great views. The staff were accommodating and allowed for early check in. I would say that the condition of the place itself is not the best, not the worst. It could use some TLC and the water pressure was low. There are signs of old wear and tear but overall as clean as it can be. TLDR; Property could use a little TLC but is located in a great location

Awful room
Handicapped room was a zero; no minimally handicapped person could open the door as it had been shut while paint was wet, no desk in room, bed in poor condition, room and bathroom not up to date and not very clean, toilet seat did not fit the toilet, shower spray was damaged and not able to be moved, not enough lights in the room, couch was old and in horrible condition, felt like room had not been used in months.

Great value for this gem along the lake.
Gorgeous spot along the lake, conveniently walkable into town, & an all-around great experience. We were only passing through for one day/night, but we loved it so much that we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay to spend more time in the area!

We had an abysmal stay here. I am shocked that anyone would rate this hotel 10/10. Our room was dirty and grimy. The bathroom was worse than a Motel 6 near the highway. There were bugs all over the windows and everything just felt gross. The building smelled of old food smells and the hallway outside our room smelled strongly of marijuana. The lobby was very messy and cluttered and there was only one gentleman working that evening so we often had to wait for long periods of time for him to come back to the front desk while he was attending to other guests. We were only there for one night and were so disappointed by the experience, it was an awful end to our anniversary trip. I can only say do not waste your money and stay here. We would have asked for a full refund if the reservation was refundable.

We paid extra for “lake view” and got a small little scratched up window filled with bugs. There was a leak behind the toilet that someone plugged with a hotel towel. They have refillable toiletries but they were broken and couldn’t even be used. Very loud at night. And the AC unit sounded like a freight train when it turned on. Nice location but not worth the money spent.

Beautiful view of Seneca Lake BUT: 1. 2 elevators & one didn’t work. The working one was very slow! 2. We’re way beyond Covid days & still only service the room every 3rd day?! Another man requested his to be cleaned daily and the lady at the front desk was giving him a hard time. The rates didn’t drop during/after Covid so why do some hotels still do this? 3. I was behind the man requesting his room be serviced daily & requested that our sheets be changed to something that fit the king size mattress. I woke up day 2 to laying on the bare mattress! Totally gross! I even wrote a note for housekeeping (with a tip) to please change the sheets to something that fits… they took the tip & left the sheets. I think they were either queen size or so old that the elastic was gone. 4. The wash cloth was stained & towel had hair in it! 5. The employees that worked at the adjoining restaurant were always outside smoking (cigs & weed). Real professional & appetizing. Shame this property couldn’t do better cause the location was great.

One of two elevators was not working the entire length of our stay, five nights. Upon our arrival rooms for many of the visitors were not ready. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM. We didn't get our room until after 5 PM. We sat in the lobby waiting to get our room. At 1:30 AM on the last night of our stay we were awakened by an alarm that was explained away as a glitch in their system, thankfully there was no fire.
