Sitting atop Seneca lake is a beautiful, newly furnished home with amazing views of Seneca Lake! Not only will you never be short of things to do here, but you will never be short of things to do in Geneva and on Seneca Lake! When you are not enjoying this amazing home with two living spaces, a hot tub and fire pit, enjoy everything the Finger Lakes has to offer! From downtowns local shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, and cafes to winery/brewery touring, boat rentals, and more!

The Space:
When you enter the fully stocked kitchen you will find an island with seating for 2, a coffee bar with both a drip coffee pot and Keurig as well as all your cooking and baking essentials.

Fancy a drink? Step into the dining room, where you can not only have a meal with your whole family, but you will find all your cocktail creating and wine necessities!

Down the hall find the laundry room, full bathroom with stand up shower and a perfect room to watch the sunset. You and your family can gather on the comfy cloud couch and oversized chair to watch the game, watch the sunset or chat about how much fun you had on your wine tour!

Back through the dining room there is a second living room with a comfy couch, recliner, 65” TV and an air hockey table! There is also a full bedroom downstairs and an office for any remote work you may need to do!

Upstairs there is another full bath with a tub, as well as two spacious queen bedrooms with TVs and lake views! In the third queen bedroom you will find a bonus room with a chair swing, TV, cozy couch, and floor cushions for fun movie nights in with your loved ones!

Step outside through the kitchen mud room to take a soak in the hot tub, make dinner on the gas grill (propane provided) or roast marshmallows around the fire pit and take in those amazing views!

Rain, snow or shine this house has it all, and will not disappoint!

Guest Access:
Guests use a keypad at the side door and have access to the entire home.

Getting Around:
Driving is the easiest way to get around. We have Uber, many wine touring options and local taxis.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: Neighbors live here all year long, please be respectful of them. The town has an ordinance of quiet hours, between 10pm -7am, it is enforced.
