First time guests, we were up for a long weekend. Excellent facility! Very comfortable, the room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and they were very welcoming and accommodating. Great location, near Geneva on the western side of Seneca Lake. Easy access to the wineries and distilleries around Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake. We definitely plan on staying there again.

What a peaceful spot with a beautiful view! My husband and I particularly enjoyed taking out the kayaks and savoring the delicious breakfasts. The owners were lovely and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted.

Exceptional Get-away
This B&B Resort offered a great overall experience with friendly service and excellent breakfast provided promptly each morning. The rooms exceeded expectations in both cleanliness and comfort, and the property was immaculate and quiet. We enjoyed the onsite games, pool, hot tub, kayaks, and general grounds. Would highly recommend this property for any friend or family even in the Finger Lakes!

The property was in a great location on the lake and had beautiful grounds. We had a small mix-up on our side with travel plans but Karen was great and worked with us to make sure all was well. We see why all the other reviews show the property as exceptional and would highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Our room was perfect with a view of the sunrise over lake Seneca every morning. Karen is a wonderful host with good knowledge of the area so take advantage of her recommendations for restaurants. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our room was truly lakefront. The water and dock were only feet from the room! Gorgeous views. The breakfast each morning was homemade and delicious. Highly recommend.

A perfect fall getaway
October is a wonderful time to stay at this B&B. It is so clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful. We loved the fire pit and swimming in the refreshing and clean Seneca Lake waters. How wonderful that every room has their own little patio! The breakfasts that the owner Karen prepares are to die for. We didn’t eat all day after her breakfast meals! We also appreciated that you access your room by code and don’t have to carry around a key card. Guests are also trusted to have full access to towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc. at any time. A truly great stay!
