The biodiversity, the guinguettes and the water sports will allow you to appreciate the calm and gentleness of the river. The nearby surroundings offer a wide choice of visits: the Bioparc de Dué-la-Fontaine (28 km away), Angers, its historic city centre, its Château des Ducs d'Anjou and its Terra Botanica plant park (40 km away), Saumur, its château and its famous Cadre Noir (11 km away), the charming villages of Montsoreau and Fontevraud (with its royal abbey in particular, 25 km away)... A busy programme in sight!
