Love this hotel.
Love this hotel, i’ve stayed here for 10 nights over the last couple of years. The hotel takes you back to the heydays of classic 5* hotels with modern subtle touches. The bedrooms are light and airy although there can be a bit of noise from the street into the night, not enough to disrupt sleep (Genoa is a busy city throughout the year) The staff have always been extremely helpful and efficient. Breakfast is served via buffet but with an air of elegance in the 2nd floor dining room.

Classical and beautiful hotel with fantastic staff from bell persons, front desk, to dining. Gorgeous bedroom with windowed bathroom. Easy walk from train station with suitcases. I would be delighted to stay at Bristol Palace again. Bravo to Christmas decorator at the hotel. A truly kind artist who took excellent holiday photographs of us.

This property is gorgeous! Very easy and quick checkin with friendly front desk staff. The property was spotless, room was beautiful. Bartender was great, we had a great time talking to him. Would definitely return!

Excellent 5 star hotel with Italian hospitality in the best form everyone makes you feel so welcome and best word to describe is sweet and lovely. So accommodating and helpful happy staff and amazing circular stairs to decor to ceiling frescos we felt transported to times traveling was luxury and fun. We loved the hotel and def coming back food is stunning as well. Guests are beautiful and happy what can one ask more

The front counter manager is very mean, she gave me wrong place of luggage keeping in wrong railway station, and the place is closed, so I have to run taxi searching luggage keeping and missed the train. Even hotel location and facilities is fantastic, but is front counter is careless, make you feel bad about Genova trip.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. I felt like I was transported back in time when the customer was king. I had to wait for nothing. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable, and we slept the sleep of the dead it was so peaceful. The hotel was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and some of the best coffee. If you come to Genoa, you must stay here.

This was definitely one of the highlights of my stay in Italy - an experience being in the hotel itself. Staff lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved it - will return again. And Genova is such a beautiful place to visit.
