This is a classy hotel but not ostentatious. Excellent doorman services (luggage and car parking. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay here or one of their other properties again.

The hotel and the room we had were beautiful. However, we had an issue with our toilet (not flushing, just running water) one second night there. We had a request placed that evening to have it fixed but it didn’t get fixed till later that day due to the complexity. As a result; we had to use the lobby bathroom in the interim. I’m sure this issue was a one-off for the hotel, nevertheless, it would have been great if the ordeal was met with a little more seriousness.

Solid stay in the heart of Genoa. Disappointing about gym and sauna, spa and pool. They required a reservation and charged an entrance fee and for that I would most likely not return.

Excellent hotel on a leafy avenue
We loved this hotel on a quiet leafy street, easy walking distance from the busy old town. Our junior suite was magnificent. Breakfast buffet was great. Best of all, every member of staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere in this well run hotel.

I would absolutely recommend Melia Genova!
We loved our room at beautiful Melia Genova. It was spacious with a lot of storage space, sitting area, desk, walk in closet and huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Melia again!

Incredible hotel
Amazing location, clean and the staff are amazingly helpful and try to make your stay special. Everything was amazing but after we had checked out and one of us had forgotten our cell phone in the room, they did drive it over to the train station and that’s going above and beyond. I highly recommend Thai hotel.

We stayed here for a quick one night stop over on the way to Cinque Terre. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for me and my partner that recently got engaged. Food was really good and nice Aperol Spritz. We stayed in the standard room which was still very nice. Highly recommend Hotel stay in Genoa.

Great choice in Genoa
My husband & I and another couple stayed for 2 nights. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and the comfort. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The location was convenient for us, as we tend to walk everywhere. Very modern hotel. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure.

In general, we really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The place is beautifully maintained and the room is very comfortable. The one issue I had was the shower. I think that you need to install pressure sensitive shower faucets so that the temperature of the water remains stable. As it is now, the temperature kept fluctuating and you were freezing or getting burned…
