Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position!
The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows.
The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. I came in from a long haul flight thus was exhausted in having to wait for the technician to fix the AC. The AC worked after he cleaned it with a toothbrush as the hotel doesn’t have a vacuum cleaner! No kidding. Years of dust-bunnies fell onto the bed. I had to insist that the bedsheets & covers were replaced.
I stayed over 10+ days, had to get use to the limited 1-toilet roll a day ration for ever room. Unbelievable!
The hotel is centrally located, thus it has easy access to many places.
It’s a shame that staff were not fully trained to clean bathrooms & toilets properly. The roller-blinds in the bathroom-shower was full of mold and was unhygienic. Why were these not put on the outer glass walls of the bathroom-shower?
