Enjoyable Stay
The premise is nicely situated in Batu Ferringhi. The staff is very friendly and the hotel vibe is also very good. The lobby in particular is very nicely designed. The stay was also very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast quality is fair, but can be improved a little more.

The staff were really nice, the pool was really great, the buffet breakfast every morning had massive amounts of choices. There is a small beach right across the road (the hotel has a private footbridge providing easy access) but nothing else within walking distance - the road is very busy with no sidewalks.

Good mid range hotel but very far from the city
Service was good, had a couple of staff who seem to have encountered many demanding guests before so their response to us was as though we had already asked many times when we were just asking the first time. But other staff were fabulous! We had issues with the door lock (had to reset a few times) and the safe was not working. However it was resolved quickly so not big an issue. They are busy in the morning so not the best time to call for help in the morning.

Personally the Best Room ever.
The staff and service were excellent. The family suite was the first time we ever got such a room. Perfect for our family of 5. Although 2 of our kids had to share a bed it was big enough for them! Definitely enough space for an extra bed if we had wanted to order it. The room was super spacious. With a large living n dining area. Only 4 dining chairs but with a roller office chair, we could sit down as a family to meals. We were there to chill and it was a real relaxing time. We got ocean view so sunsets were amazing.

My room came with a broken tap handle. The phone as extremely dirty. With some crumbs of dirt and the speaker was extremely smelly! I was taking a late shower as I checked in late on arrival day. And good thing the broken tap handle didn’t land on my foot. My room now is 433. When I called for house keeping, it took very long. Despite this, The staff which help me with the check was very polite and helpful. I love the batu Ferringhi beach area and I always love coming back to the double tree Hilton. But for this trip it was such disappointment. I hope they will be more mindful when cleaning for the next guest in future.

The room facilities are dated and not so clean. You can see black mark on the duvet and the blankets in our twin room was having moldy smell. The toilet’s wall and corner are moldy and rusty. When the room’s floor is wet, it would not dry until the next morning. The beach opposite the hotel is full of rocks and cannot swim there at all. Not a really nice location comparing to the price we paid. On the next day, we moved to another apartment in Gurney Drive which was cleaner, cheaper and much nicer

Very nice family resort with ocean view. Good breakfast, facility overall. Room and bedding was very comfortable. Only one thing is it's little far from the main shopping mall. Other than that, it's a recommendable resort hotel for a few days relaxation.
