The hotel room is clean and spacious. Hot water for shower and air-conditioner are working fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a food centre nearby with many choices. Also, a couple of restaurants are available within working distance. Grab is the convenient choice to move around if one is not driving.

交通蛮方面，房间也是蛮清潔，大间，尤其冲凉的热水夠热，冷气夠冷，旅店对面就有食阁，卡拉OK,不錯的地点。

Room was generally clean but there are some ants around the desk area, even after a few self cleaning during my stay, ants are still present. All of dining options within 400m. Easy to just Grab to and fro locations around the island.

The location is okay but around the property was a little “inconvenient” in that the sidewalks have large uncovered drain gaps, not the fault of the hotel but it’s a bit dangerous and can be found around some parts of the city. The staff was pleasant and tries to be helpful. The room was spacious.

New and clean if willing to walk more .
Roomy and clean in quiet area . Big food court and other eatery nearby too with lot of choices. We did not drive so lack of parking is no issue.A bit of walking to main touristy streets, but the accomodations over there are older and more worn out. The front desk was couteous, but we encouter challenges duriing check out. The bill was not properly itemized, confusing to understand. Manager intervention to explain. All was resolved.

Really clean and comfortable, good value for the price. A good location with lots of shops around but 20min walk into Georgetown. Would stay again.

Value for money given the room price. It's a spacious room for 2 pax, and room condition is very good. Location wise it's near quite a few eateries by walking distance, and just opposite the New World Park food court, so considered decent. The bakery next door sells good bread, and a container coffee shop opposite has good coffee. The security is decent too because only hotel guests can enter hotel with room card after nightfall. The only complaint is the bed can be a bit too hard for some, and after a night sleep it can cause mild back pain.
