Nice Hotel, but looks dates. Needs an uplift Excellent breakfast and amenities. Needs more staff on duty for check in as there were a lot guests waiting to be checked in and only one staff was doing it all

The stay was alright although I wasn't offered the VIP service. Nothing spectacular aside from the beach and wet park for kids. There are AC charging facilities at the hotel but have no instructions how to operate it and checking online for those that had used it before states that the its pretty difficult to operate it using a non common app plus the fees is super pricey (not recommended to use)

The hotel is in a convenient position as close by there are many food options for you to choose from. Pool area was very nice and plenty of shaded seating around the pool. Breakfast was one of the best with many different food options available was truly top notch!! The only annoying thing was we did not have a verandah and faced the main street which we did not mind but were woken up every morning by the mosque at around 5-6 and the prayer was loud and went on for around an hour and we were on the top floor. So if you are a light sleeper get yourself a verandah and you'll be facing the pool and most probably not woken up early in the morning

Great hotel if maybe a little dated, but everything is super clean and you can’t beat the views! For a solo business traveler it’s probably not the first choice, but for holiday or traveling with family it was a delight.

Lovely staff members but definitely a dated hotel. Bathroom had what looked like water or mould stains in the upper corners and during a shower, the bathtub didn't drain fast enough compared to the water pressure which meant you were in a puddle while showering. The Pool and childrens play area was great but the beach portion was not good, alot of litter left on the sand and debris was floating in with a mix of natural and man-made sand, the fabric holding the man-made sand had not been removed which made this beach area look even worse. Good breakfast options and even a childrens corner buffet section.

Recommend this hotel for leisure. Nice viewing from the room. Close to bus stop, restaurant and convenience store. I haven’t try this hotel’s breakfast. But I would try net time.

First time staying at the property and the experience was dismal. For a hotel under the Shangri-La umbrella the service was very disappointing. Rooms were dusty and dated (my kids were sneezing from the dust all the time). Hotel services were bad, food orders were always wrong, always overcharging despite having membership and the staff were barely helpful. In the 4/5 days we stayed there we only came across 2 friendly and helpful staff. Only nice thing about the hotel is the pool area and the access to the beach. It’s a pitty as the hotel has so much potential to be one of the best but unfortunately it will not be my in my list of options for my next visit.
