Location is great if you need something near the ferry terminal. The place is clean and tidy. It's quiet so you get a good night sleep. Walkable distance to most places nearby. Anything further then it's no issues to hail a Grab ride to get you from A to B. Spacious and clean, very safe area.

Good hotel, close to ferry
Nice hotel. Good location, very close to the ferry and little india. Some staff members were very helpful, others were not. I tried to stay an extra night and was told they were sold out, but was able to find availability online. I didn't end up staying, but wasnt pleased that I was lied to. The bathroom also had hairs in there when I arrived, and the shower pipe leaked a lot of water. Not eco friendly at all. That being said, I would stay here again. Rooms are comfortable and there are some great coffee shops across the road.

Buy more water before going in.
The hotel is beautiful & clean. But service provided are minimal. They will not give you extra bottle of water, need to buy from outside. The mart beside the hotel always no one inside. Have to walk a distance to buy water .

Excellent location
The hotel was in excellent location. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choice. Most of the food you would expect to be hot was cold eg fried eggs?! But the fruit, pastries and waffles filled us up. Also the restaurant is well advertised on site and online - was closed which was disappointing.

Great location. Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of food selections. The only I didn't like was the window facing the parking garage. No view. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stays.

The location of property is really good. Close to all popular attraction spots, approx 12-20mins walk to most attraction places yet quiet enough for rest. Taxis in Penang generally takes a longer duration to pick us up, approx. 10-12mins. as such, we preferred to walk by foot to nearby locations. Check in counter allowed us to deposit our bags before check-in, which we really appreciate. It was spacious as well

High standard hotel, excellent staff.
Whilst touring Malaysia I stopped off at Georgetown Penang for 3 nights I stayed at the Victoria Garden hotel. It was excellent from the minute I walked through the door. All Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The Hotel is modern, well furnished and immaculately clean. It is in a good location to explore Georgetown and surrounding areas. The rooms are very good and well serviced. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my next visit.

Good location with friendly and helpful staff. Front office staff, WJ helped me to arrange a taxi at 4am to go to airport. Since it was too early to have breakfast, kitchen staff arranged a fruit plate for me the day before. Fantastic service, the room also very nice. I will definitely come back next time I go to Penang.
