This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1600 square foot, end unit, ground floor, beach front condo is situated on a pristine powdery white beach only minutes from George Town and the airport. As this complex is mostly residential it is quiet and secluded away from from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach but with a beach equally comparable, making Coral Bay Village the best of both worlds. If you enjoy snorkeling this is an ideal location with a fabulous reef near by. There is a fresh water pool and tennis court directly across the road from the complex available for your use. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the waves gentle breaking on the reef whilst sitting in shade of a palm tree. With Seven Mile Beach and George Town just minutes away you can dine at one of the many restaurants, enjoy the buzzing night life at a varied choice of bars or spend your day wandering around the gift or jewellery shops. Remember to bring your camera to capture the spectacular view of the shimmering sea that you have from your spacious screened porch. Imagine each morning ambling along the beach, finding shells with the sea lapping at your toes. Feel yourself becoming an islander as your slip into the easy island pace of life and coin the local phrase 'soon come'. I thought there might be a "catch" because this location appeared to be affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located. But to my surprise, there were no strings attached. Amini's place was perfect perfect perfect. We were swimming with turtles within 20min of arriving. We made quick friends with our upstairs neighbors who'd been coming to the island since the 1980s. After they saw us diving into the clear waters with our own gear, they asked how we knew that Spotts was the best hidden-secret for snorkeling on the island. I guess we just got lucky! Not only is this VRBO located on the best beach, it is the closest unit to the water. The steps from the backdoor lead directly onto the clean sands. And though the beach is not private, it certainly feels that way. The few people we came into contact with were very friendly. I highly recommend stocking up on groceries, cooking some meals in the kitchen, and enjoying them in the sunroom. If you can get the full-unit speaker system playing, that's a huge bonus. We ate local food and shared champagne while the sunset over the island with calm oldies playing on the in-suite speakers. It felt like a dream. And to continue the dream sequence, not only did we swim with turtles, but also with countless beautiful fish, several (friendly) stingrays, and an OCTOPUS!! Amini was a fantastic host. She responded to all of our inquiries quickly and effectively. Though, very few questions needed asked. The answer is YES. Book this place.

Just what the doctor ordered
Vitamin Sea was what we were looking for and exactly what we got. It was nice to be away from the middle of George Town and the hectic scene when large cruise ships came in to the port, but close enough to get there easily (just not during rush hour). The snorkeling right off the beach (yes, this until is right on the beach) was amazing. We saw a bunch of sea turtles, a sting ray and a nurse shark. We also went to the Cayman Turtle Center, Starfish Point, Stingray City Sandbar, and the Cayman Spirits Company. Would stay there again

Your own piece of paradise
We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our week in GC. The condo is beautiful, has everything you need, and is situated in the middle of anywhere you want to visit on the island. The beach is beautiful and reef protected, although the water was a bit too rough for our kids to enjoy during our stay. The turtles, however, were plentiful. The adults had a great time snorkeling with as many as 8 sea turtles at a time. A couple wanted nothing to do with us and left the area as quickly as we got to it, however most were not bothered by the fact that we were hovering around watching them graze. There was one family of 4 that continually showed up at the same spot directly in front of the condo. Even from the condo, we enjoyed spotting their shadows in the clear water and waiting to see them pop their heads out when coming up for air. We spent our week going all over the island to get as much good snorkeling in as we could. Seven mile beach is a short 20 minute drive. Hell and Cemetery beach are about 30 minutes away. It'll run you about 45 minutes to drive to Starfish and Rum Point. Lots of great eateries and shopping close by, however I recommend you have a rental car to get around. Amini was a great host and was quick to respond to any inquiries. She even offered to help us with temporary swimwear while the airlines tracked and delivered our delayed baggage. We look forwarding to booking this condo for every visit.

Quiet Beach Front Condominium
We spent a week at Vitamin Sea, ground floor with direct beach access. Nice hose on the porch to wash off before entering enclosed patio. Snorkeling at the beach saw a few fish a couple turtles, water was clear most days but can be ruff. We enjoyed the clean, nicely furnished condo and kitchen. Comfortable recliners on each, with fins in their beach boxes. Takes about 60 minutes to get into town during rush hour, otherwise 25 minutes. We took a Red Sail snorkel trip that was very satisfying. Ate an Tukka’s on East End, had a good meal on taco Tuesday nights. Amini was very responsive. Condo was good value for amenities.

Spectacular!
The villa is quite lovely and fully stocked which was nice. There is a grocery store about a mile away. It is located away from the city (quiet) which we loved but you will need a car to get around. It has a designated parking spot which was great. You have an amazing view of the ocean and snorkeling off your beach is beautiful...we saw sting rays and sea turtles! You'll need to bring your own gear or rent. Also bring water shoes as it's a little rocky. I would most definitely rent this villa again!!

Awesome beachfront property
Amini is a great responsive host! Her place has everything you need in a vacation rental. You are literally yards away from a gorgeous beach! She had a lot of cookware, dishes, glasses, coffeemaker, liquidizer etc if you intend to cook. The local residents of the complex were very friendly. We were chatting with them when we saw 3 huge cruise ships show up near the beach on the last two days of our stay. They said normally they don't dock there unless there is rough weather on the other side of the island. Great place to see wild turtles! Highly recommend Amini's place. Don't hesitate. You won't regret it!

Our stay was perfect. This condo is the best at Coral Bay because of the first-floor beachfront access. We are so grateful to have stayed here at Spotts Beach. We love to snorkel, enjoy the turtles feeding on grasses, sitting under the palm tress and the private beach. Thank you for the hospitality and ease of access.

Beyond our expectations
Our stay was beyond our expectations. The view from the condo was breathtaking and to have a private beach in the back yard was well worth the stay! Our host was very responsive. There was construction next door but it was communicated to us and the host made sure the noise was at a minimum during the hours of our stay which was appreciated. You can tell they cared about our experience. I would refer anyone here!

Amazing Ocean View
It felt like we had our own private beach. When we would get too hot, we could return to the well equipped condo and cool off while still enjoying a gorgeous view of the ocean. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen.

Best location
The location and the atmosphere were just what we were looking for on this trip. No beach erosion, no sargassum grass. Saw lots of turtles daily and a few sting rays snorkeling not far from the shore. Rental car is definitely needed to get around the island.

Piece of Paradise!
The condo at Coral Bay Village, Vitamin Sea was totally amazing. The location was perfect and convenient to explore the island. The condo was ground floor and was so nice to step out the door and literally be right on the beach. You could see and hear the sea from the screened in patio. The condo was very comfortable and very well equipped. Snorkeling was very good and it is right next to Spotts Beach. One tip while it is all totally beautiful, the sand and floor of the sea are somewhat rocky. Water shoes are great for tender feet! I would absolutely recommend this condo and would love to visit again.
