Only option but way too over priced
Only reason to come to this hotel is because it's the only business travel friendly hotel in the region. The service is terrible. The food is just ok. They nickle and dime you at every opportunity. It's way overpriced and will soon get a wakeup call when the competition ramps up.

My time at the Marriott was very nice. The staff and the resport was very clean and accommodating. Food was delicious and the variety was good also. Just very disappointed with the trash on the streets locally and the roads in Guyana to and from the airport and locally.

Need to have a true refrigerator instead of a cooler in the rooms Microwave should be there as part of the amenities even though one was provided upon request A gift shop with basic necessities would have been good Everything else was absolutely fantastic, will definitely recommend this hotel
