Quaint B&B with plenty of shared living spaces furnished with antique furniture that is more interesting to look at than functional. There were home made brownies out, but they were uncovered and stale by check-in time.
The other guests were nice, and people seemed to mingle as much as they wanted. There are three living rooms, but only a few guest rooms. Since it's a former old house, and therefor close quarters, there are gaps under the bedroom doors and you will hear your neighbors when they shower at 6 am.
We stayed in a pretty, large, clean room with a comfortable bed, sitting area and nice bathroom with tub and local hand scrubs and soaps that were lovely.
The breakfast sausages, toast and coffee were very good, but our potatoes, the main course, were undercooked.
It's on the west side of town, one of the last houses before you head up Guanella Pass, so it's beautiful and quiet. Easy walk to town.
