Good property. Can’t wait to see when they finish construction. Hot water was not turned on while we were there and we had to call maintenance for a couple other issues. Overall, we will go back.

I couldn’t stay at the hotel. I had a reservation from the 21st to the 28th, fully paid. Due to personal issues, I had to return to my country on the 22nd. I spoke with the hotel staff to request a refund for the days I had to leave early. Their response was that I needed to contact Expedia. I have called and sent emails, but I have not had any success.

I am so glad I found this beautiful gem. Money well spent but the staff made it even more exceptional. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and were prompt upon request. Staff was very helpful. The room was clean only thing it’s a fairly new hotel and their still doing construction but once completed I’m sure it will become a 5star hotel
