"Had a great stay nice tvs in room but this guy said room service waited 10 seconds walked in said so sorry man and left not huge deal but least give me a sec to answer the door cool place though overall would stay again"

"We were a group of 11 women celebrating our 25th (!!!) college reunion together. The house was perfect - it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable yet was cozy enough for us all to be together. The kitchen was well appointed and the views were gorgeous. Mountains on both sides and the lake right in front. It snowed pretty heavily the day of our arrival. The owner was gracious enough to let us in early so we wouldn’t all be driving in the snow after dark. She was incredibly accommodating and accessible. (Thanks Marcia!!) Honestly the snow added to the charm. We mostly spent our time relaxing in the house together but made an afternoon trip into historic Georgetown which was adorable. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a cozy getaway. "

"What a gem nestled about 45 mins away from Denver. This location worked great for us. The town of Georgetown is pretty cool, with great restaurants and hiking near. Beautiful views, but the only downside was the construction happening on the road coming in and in the front part of the house. Would definitely come back again. "

"We love Georgetown & the lake so this townhouse was the perfect location for us! The layout was great & the beds very comfy. The addition of the brewery since last time we were in town was great! There was construction right by the townhouse, but that didn't really bother us. "
