Holiday home De Goederdij is located in rural Goeferdinge, 3 km from The Wall of Geraardsbergen. Families and groups of friends can go there with 16 people. Relax Wochenende mit den Mädels
Wir hatten einen wundervollen 4 tägigen Aufenthalt bei Anne und Philippe. Das Haus und das dazugehörige Grundstück ist ein Traum. Anne begleitet einen zum Check-In sowie zum Check-Out, was ich als sehr angenehm fand. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten nur weiterempfehlen. Entspannter Aufenthalt in schönem Haus
Die Kommunikation mit Anne war von Beginn hat super! Der Check-In lief problemlos ab, Anne hat uns die wichtigsten Dinge gezeigt, sodass unser Wochenende nach knapp 20 Minuten Einweisung starten konnte. Wir waren mit 9 Personen vor Ort, sodass jeder ausreichend Platz hatte. Duschen sind ausreichend vorhanden (4 Stück), 2 Toiletten könnten bei 16 Personen knapp werden. Der Whirlpool wurde bei uns die ganzen Tage durchgehend genutzt. Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Terrasse ist toll. Sehr gepflegter Garten mit ausreichend Platz und weiterer überdachter Sitzecke. Alles in allem ein entspannter und toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank! :)

Beautiful house and garden, restful ambience
The house is very modern. Large kitchen, plenty of space in the living room. The garden is very large and well maintained, chairs and loungers are available. The jacuzzi and sauna are great. You can only enter the jacuzzi after showering, otherwise it will quickly get dirty. Unfortunately, there are only 2 toilets for a maximum of 16 people, but 4 showers. The landlords are very welcoming, communication was very straightforward and easy. We had to pay an additional energy charge in advance because of the increased energy costs in 2023. But we got everything back (we were in the jacuzzi twice and in the sauna once). Accommodation is highly recommended! :)

Schönes Haus, tolle Gastgeber
Wir waren mit unserer Mannschaft (insgesamt 16 Personen) für 4 Tage vor Ort. Der Empfang war super freundlich und alles hat soweit geklappt. Alles ist gut eingerichtet und auch der Platz ist passend. 2 große Kühlschränke sind vor allem für so viele Personen die sich selbst versorgen super. Leider sind nur 2 Toiletten vorhanden (dafür 4 Duschen). Natürlich haben wir bei bestem Wetter auch den Jacuzzi sehr viel genutzt. Uns wurden zwei Rationen Reinigungsmittel (welches wir nach Benutzung ins Wasser geben sollten) zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses reichte bei unserer ausgiebigen Nutzung anscheinend nicht aus. Nach Abreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Wasser im Jacuzzi nicht mehr zu retten sei und ausgetauscht werden müsste (ich persönlich war davon ausgegangen, dass das Austauschen normal ist nach einem Aufenthalt und Nutzung von so vielen Personen). Letztlich wurden uns 150€ extra für das Tauschen des Wassers berechnet, was vorher so auch nicht ausdrücklich erwähnt wurde. Ein kleiner Dämpfer für einen ansonsten tollen Aufenthalt! Ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Fijn weekend met groep vrienden.
Wij verbleven 2 nachten in Geraardsbergen met 4 koppels en de kinderen. Het huis biedt voor elk wat wils. De kindjes konden fijn spelen in de grote tuin, Veel relaxmogelijkheden, Een lokaal café over de deur. Wij komen zeker terug!

When we arrive, we felt inmediately at home. Anne is the perfect host. She took care even of the small details. Welcome coffee with delicious cakes. Everything very clean and confortable beds. We definitely recommend this beautiful property.
