On the ground floor: Living room opening onto the fitted kitchen and lounge with fireplace and TV. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Shower room with shower. WC. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, mezzanine area (1 single bed), WC. Terrace. Land. 2 swings, sandpit, table tennis, barbecue. Electric heating, charges not included (on meter reading according to consumption, beyond the 8 kWs included per day).
