Looking for your next seaside country escape? The Muse boasts a modern coastal feel that’s perfect for your next holiday with family or friends.

Beautifully designed and furnished; the house offers four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, dining, and a sun-filled deck with views of the iconic hills.

At The Muse, you can relax and experience the mood and comfort of your own private oasis. Located only a short 750m walk to Werri Beach and 1km to the shops and cafes, this holiday home is ideally placed to suit you and your family's holiday expectations.

Kitchen, Dining, AND Living Areas
There are two living areas offering stylish and cosy interiors, both with air-conditioning, one with surround sound, and a smart TV where guests can access their own Netflix. The large kitchen has views of the hills and includes a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.

The dining area is the heart of the home and has a modern farmhouse style table that sits all eight guests.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a garden outlook. The third has two single beds and the fourth room has a double sofa bed which also gives access to the courtyard and can be set-up as another living area.

Main Bathroom
The large main bathroom is located near the three bedrooms and has a separate bath and shower with a separate toilet with its own washbasin across the hall.

Outdoor Deck AND Courtyard
The outdoor deck is at the front of the house, behind lush gardens and overlooks the rolling hills the area is famous for.

The covered courtyard at the back of the house can be accessed through the side gates or the fourth bedroom and has a ping pong table.

Gerringong
Gerringong is located 2 hours south of the center of Sydney and the famous towns of Berry and Kiama are only a short drive away, making The Muse the perfect base for your holiday no matter the season.

Families, couples, and small groups are welcome at The Muse.

Friends weekend away
We had a lovely time away, the property is in a nice location, and we had good weather. However, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, and there were a number of things not as they had been advertised, eg the outside hanging chair has no cushions so cannot be used. The property is being sold (there was a large for sale sign), and it felt overall as if maybe the motivation to keep the property clean and up to date had gone. The property feels a bit tired. The interactions with the property manager (Coast and Country) were all excellent.

Girls escape
We had a lovely weekend away, the photos are accurate and show the recently renovated beach theme. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto the dinning area. Plenty of space for the five of us. The bedding was so good one lady looked up the brand and ordered a pillow and doona before we had even left. Table tennis and board games for those interested. Would highly recommend.

Pictures misleading - Most underwhelming
The location of the property was good. Positioned in quiet neighbourhood with easy walk to shops and beach. The house had a musky smell upon arrival and was not overly clean. Possessions from previous guests left under bed (sock) and on kitchen bench. Pubic hair and spider webs found in bathroom. Carpet and tiled areas felt sticky and cutlery in drawer dirty. Hot water ran out after a few showers, leaving others with cold water. For the price of the accommodation and from pictures on Instagram and other online forums, we expected so much more. Linen was provided, but there were no bath mats or face washes. Gerringong was beautiful, but sadly, we would not choose to stay at The Muse again.
