nice older property, still stuck in the 50s with there ammenities but clean. and quiet. close to the battlefields of gettysburg.. 5 minutes. owners were new but tried to make everything as easy as possible for lodgers.

Fine for the price.
So staff was very friendly. The room was clean if a little small. The issues were the ac was not working and the window was painted shut so it was a bit stuffy. Its a solid option for a bed on a budget.

What I liked the most about this property is the time the owner takes to make sure you are have a good experience. That is something you do not get at most hotels. The rooms are a but dated but were clean. It has some updated touches like the led light in the bathroom. The linens and towels need to be updated. Some of our linens had cigarette burn holes. Overall good experience. It is not a luxury hotel but definitely worth the budget price you pay.

Pretty good stay, some rude patrons beeping a horn repeatedly at 525 am but thats outside the control of the hotel. Quite clean and met all our needs

The property was very clean & the staff was very nice & friendly. They just need to make improvements in the appearance of the rooms. The rooms were very clean but you could tell that the rooms needed new curtains & some new paint & touch up.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. People staying in the end unit were blasting salsa music and working on their vehicles making a lot of noise. To be completely honest the music was so loud you could “feel” it in the room. We did have to call to the front desk to get the staff to react. The staff ended up having to go out twice to get them to quiet down. This is not the fault of the staff however I feel the good price to stay at this hotel tends to draw this type of guest. We will spend more money on a better hotel on our next visit to Gettysburg to hopefully avoid this type of clientele.

It was as expected. Nothing fancy. The showers had nice hot water. The fee for the dogs was double what I expected but when we left the proprietor was happy that we and our dogs were responsible clients.

Very clean. Attentive Staff on site. We arrived on a trip home at midnight and they were still very accommodating and polite. Small pet fee compared to other hotels.

nice ppl - terrible service
we called to see if they had the king room available that was listed on hotels.com bc it was listed as one left. they replied, yes they had a few kings left we told her we were going thru our hotels.com to reserve. she said no problem. So I booked it online while my husband was on the phone with her. she received our confirmation code. when we arrived they handed us keys to a double bed room and told us there were two others that came in before us and they gave our room away. at this point it was late 11pm we were desperate for a shower and room. several people hanging in the parking lot at all hours of the night. we did not get what we paid for. the room stayed very warm even with the ac turned as low as it could go. we will not be returning.
