Very happy with our stay. Hotel staff hardworking and professional. Rooms were tidy and beds were comfortable. Location extremely convenient to main train station. Everything worked in the room-hot water, hair dryer, climate control, internet WiFi and tv remote.

The rooms were god sized and the hotel was an easy walk to the Zürich train station and Old Town. Plenty of nearby dining options, too. Loved the packets of gummy bears ♥️

Short walk across street from Zurich HB station. Area around hotel undergoing lots of construction. Market and restaurants close by. Friendly and very helpful staff. Cozy but comfortable room with modern amenities. Excellent breakfast included. 5-10 minute to historic Zürich and upscale shopping. May be difficult to access if you are wheelchair dependent as hallways are narrow and many stairs and steps to reach all rooms. Elevators are very narrow especially if you have to reach 5th floor.

Great location. This property is steps from any train that will take you anywhere. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful (provided ice for us, held our luggage, helped us with directions). Our only 1 concern was with the beds, which were very hard. I awoke each morning feeling a little sore.

It was unbelievably near to main train station 43-44 exit, the landmark is the Starbucks down there and it is near to most famous shopping street in Zurich too. Staff are helpful and the hotel offers free flow of coffee and tea and free luggage storage area. Highly recommended!
