Really clean centrally located apartments for everything. Bit noisy due to the road. Need blackout curtains, high shower tray in shower to put your wash stuff on, and decent comfortable pillows.

Highly recommended!
We had comfortable 2 nights stay at Bentley Holiday Apartments- West One. Apartment is well equipped and very clean. Smooths check in and check out without any issues. The paid parking spots are always available right beside the building during the day, and we parked the car overnight at midtown parking with reasonable price and 6 minutes walking distance.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
We do not recommend Bentley Holiday Apartments - terrible customer service. We had to cancel our booking as we had a family emergency ioverseas. With all our stress, we forgot to cancel the booking. We tried to contact them on the day, but the phone just rang. We contacted Hotels.com (who were very helpful) and also tried to contact this comapany - no response. When Hotels.com eventually got hold of them the next day, they were most uncooperative. We realise that the mistake was ours and WE WERE NOT REQUESTING ANY MONEY BACK. We only wanted the opportunity to rebook at a later stage, and we would even pay the price difference, but they were uncooperative. Bentley Holiday Apartments showed no compassion or empathy.

The studio flat we stayed in had everything we needed for our stay. The swimming pool was a lovely addition to it. The local area is in an excellent location - a large grocery shop, buses, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were helpful and prompt to respond queries.

This is a great location because you can walk to see everything there within the city without having to call taxis. We loved the area and came to see the Rock, the monkey, caves, and the Sea. We had a great stay!

Great little apartment
Really easy to get into the apartment on arrival with the keybox entry. The video was useful too. The building is opposite the bus stop on the 5/10 route so cheap 10 minute bus ride from airport. Short walk to some great food places and Morrisons supermarket 200m away. Balcony was huge.
