"Lovely hotel and brea with my family. The check in however was terrible. It took from 10:30 until 17:00 to check in and get our room's. The bookings were confused with one of our party being in a room two floors away. They blamed hotels.com for the confusion which was not true. Great holiday, great hotel, terrible check in "

"First time staying here and will definitely return. Room was perfect! Front desk staff was very nice. Only cons were that there was not luggage assistance and the staff answering the phone for room service weren’t very friendly. But the food from the restaurant was wonderful and delivered quickly. "

"The property is in a lovely location, very close to everywhere we needed to be. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean and our early check-in, that we'd paid extra for, didn't happen and it was only through trying several ways to contact the property manager that we managed to get the details to check in. This wasn't a meet and greet, it was a trip into town with all our luggage to find a key box 3 hours after our initial check-in time. It's such a shame as we did have a lovely time but this was a major dampener on our first visit to this property."

"Property was better than expected. Not a huge space, but so well designed that our family of six was perfectly comfortable. It’s right on the beach, I’m not sure the photos did it justice. It’s just a beautiful spot. The plate glass windows upstairs mean you can see the mediterranean sea rolling in from bed in the morning. This was the last stop on our road trip of southern Spain and it was definitely the way to end a great trip. A real highlight."

"The property is very central, right on main street, but this does make it very noisy, its next to a pub. Its up several flights of stairs and no lift The property did not have any coat hangers - we didnt bring any so the wardrobes were fairly pointless. Bizarrely the property also had no cups or mugs, only a few glasses! We made both issues known to the property management company, no joy there. The property also had no bin so im not sure where they thought we were going to put our rubbish! Overall not much to recommend it other than a central location"
