We came for the waterslide park for the kids, we liked the coffee the breakfast was typical of this level of hotel. We however had black mold growing on the walls of the bathroom which we got clorox wipes and tried to remove. The beds were sub par at best. I slept very little my wife about the same. The kids however had a blast with being in the pool everyday it was open. We unfortunately arrived to painting and restoration projects going on throughout the hotel. The pool was closed everyday of our 3 day trip for several hours. If we weee to do this again we would do one day here and the rest elsewhere.

Clean rooms and updated baths, good staff service, and pool area and jacuzzi was fun! Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Even guest laundry was clean and reasonably priced.

I only got 5 hours of sleep after a very stressful trip because the cleaning staff banged on my door at 9am and woke me from a dead sleep. After that my anxiety was too high to fall asleep again, but they made sure to bang on the door again around 10 am. So much for paying for a nice place to rest on the last night of my trip.

Our room was clean, modern, and relatively spacious. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great. And, the breakfast provided more available options than any we experienced in an 8 week road trip. This hotel provided the best value of any during our trip.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The room was awful. There was beard hair left in the towels in the bathroom and one of the queen beds had green crusted snot or poo left in the sheets. When we confronted the front desk and housekeeping about the lack of cleanliness, they said they wouldn’t refund our stay and the maid said “only one bed was previously used and that was the bed she changed sheets on”… meaning she did NOT clean the room in its entirety. The manager was supposed to call me back and discuss the matter and they never did.
