We were running into trouble all day and needed to find hotel rooms very late in the evening. The rooms were perfect. Morning breakfast was very good and the staff were all polite and attentive.

The elevator was not working. According to other guests it hasn’t been working for the 3 days they have been here. This is ridiculous. We were traveling with 2 children had to take luggage and coolers up 2 floors This is unacceptable!
