I enjoyed my stay very much. The place was clean, the staff friendly. The GM tried to accommodate our extra days due to our numbers in our group. He had called taxi 2x trying to help me out in disappointment of my other booking

We enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are affordable, clean, and conveniently located in Ginowan. The rooms are small like most Japanese hotels I’ve been to, but for the price this hotel is great.

I enjoyed staying at The Grand Hotel Ginowan. I cannot say enoigh about the staff. They were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Thanks ever so much for Sabina. She was such a pleasure to interact with and actually helped me with the Japanese language. She's a beautiful person, inside and out. Absolute asset for the business. Nice clean hotel in good location! It’s is in Ginowan city so easy to access from many main places. Just a one straight way from Naha airport and same to Mihama American Village. Love it! Staff is very nice as well.
