Spacious, recently renovated one-bedroom apartment located next to Plaça de Sant Feliu. The apartment is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to have a comfortable stay. It is located on the first floor of a quiet residential building without a lift.

The apartment has a large open kitchen, which is separated from the living room by a dining table for 4 people. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed. There is a Smart TV and, of course, fast Wi-fi.It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the bedroom has a comfortable double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds.
Notes:
The apartment is in the heart of the Old City that is partially closed to traffic and you can not park here. However, you can get close to the apartment without entering this area, namely Placa de Sant Feliu. You can stop there and unload your luggage, but then you have to park the car somewhere else. The apartment is on the third floor. However, there is no lift.

A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included in the price.
