Not good for more than one night
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for my son's confirmation as it was the most convenient to where he lived. All staff were very friendly and willing to help but there only appeared to be one person on duty at any one time. As a result our room was not cleaned at all during the three night stay and at one point I had to empty the bins and place them outside the building (we were staying with our baby daughter so had to dispose of dirty nappies etc). The bin liner remained where I placed it for over 24 hours. I would not expect to have to do this for the price we paid for the stay. Additionally the coffee facilities consisted of a nespresso machine and pods but no cups, sugar or milk when we arrived. I asked for these on the second day and the helpful member of staff provided immediately. However the fresh milk then sat on the table for the next 2 days so would have been unusable after being outside a fridge for so long.
Our room had no place for our clothes except a couple of hooks on the wall, so we were unable to unpack our clothes. Additionally the room did not have a balcony or terrace as advertised.
Interestingly my parents who were staying at the same hotel had a chest of drawers, their own coffee machine and outdoor terrace with their room for the same rate so I'm not sure why we did not have similar.
