The property is very old. But for the price, the room was clean, beds comfortable and clean sheets. The exterior, stairwell and doors were not clean, very old and require repairs. It fitted the purpose.

The cleaning staff did not clean my room in the two weeks I prepaid. I had to borrow the Dyson vacuum to clean on two occasions. I cleaned my own toilet and never had new towels. I had to request more toilet paper and purchased more. The manager did not come to the room to check cleaning after complaining. He told me that he talked to the staff when he took a smoke break. The company owes me for leaving before my two was completed. He refused to recognise I was very unhappy.

Smoke detector on side of cupboard, cover did not look closed . Battery around wrong way and not connected . Air Cond , someone had cleaned the filters but not the housing around the filters . Evaporator full of dirt and mould . Air outlet covered in mould . Blankets in cupboard are very old and dirty , one smelt as if a dod had slept on it . Door frame for sliding door coming away from wall .
