My family spent about GBP 370 for 2 nights, dissatisfactory with room quality. The ventilation is bad. The air in the room was extremely stuffy, making it difficult to breathe comfortably, additionally, there was a pervasive smell of marijuana. The room itself appeared very outdated and in need of refurbishment, the worn-out furnishing and decor did not meet standard with 4 star. We have asked for changing the room in the first day, but they said that it is fully booked, so they can only provide a fan. We cannot sleep for the whole night. Next day, I strongly complaint to ask for change of the room, then try and error to source a better room. Honestly, most of the rooms have the same problem. Finally, they can provide a bigger room for us with a window which allow to be opened. Anyway, we are disappointed. We do not recommend to book this hotel.

Hotel staff could not do enough to help with any queries. Breakfast was very good. Evening food good. Rooms a great size but extremely warm, although fans provided to supplement the Aircon. Pool lovely

Exec room was dated other than orientation no different than any other. red carpet stains, window did not open, air con didnt work, manual fan circulated warm air so uncomfortable i couldn't sleep, sink had big crack in it. Staff were friendly enough. The good liesure facilities saved the day. Wont stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, however there was no air conditioning and it was too warm. When we went for breakfast we had to ask for plates. The pool was great but the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Very pleasant stay staff where lovely and friendly as was hotel the pool was open and very clean air-conditioning in room was an issue not working but there was a fan in room for cool air there was alot of road and Building works in the area which wasn't pleasant the breakfast was good I would recommend the hotel for a stay

I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow .
