Wouldn’t stay again!
We were looking forward to trying this new hotel but it was not what we expected at all! The entrance was really nice and very cosy, it was toasty coming in from the cold & we were greeted by the staff who were all lovely! We made our way to the room on the 2nd floor but it’s like a maze so it was very confusing & it’s dark. Finally found our room & it was freezing so we put the hot air on but nothing happened & we couldn’t even take our jackets off. I never have the big light on anywhere, but it was so dull and there was no big light then the lamp wasn’t working so it was really dark for trying to get ready to go for dinner. We just didn’t get a good feel in this place at all but we didn’t have time to find anywhere else so we decided to suck it up as it was just 1 night. When I looked out the window, I realised this is the old Park inn by Radisson that they made into an asylum seekers refuge where one person stabbed another 6 and the police shot him dead in one of the rooms. We had stayed in that hotel once, before this incident and really didn’t like it so I would never have booked it had I known but they’ve moved the entrance to Renfield St, I would never have known it was the same building. We stay in many hotels & sometimes it’s not what you expected but it’s fine, this place just didn’t do it for us unfortunately.

Great location
Great stay only issue was the room was freezing, had the heating on full and even br morning it didn’t heat up, the shower was intermittent too. It’s been renovated but they need to update the laws parts too aa I wouldn’t book again for that reason. Lovely hotel lobby and breakfast area and gym was ok, great location

Room was perfect for what I wanted. Easy, clean, comfy, quiet and in a great location for wandering around the City. Nice, chilled bar to meet friends before heading out elsewhere. Staff also couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. 5 stars from me.

Absolutely freezing hotel room, had to sleep in a jumper. They visited to try and fix but it didn’t appear as if they had any alternative rooms if the heating didn’t kick in. At -1 the heating in the room should be on even when the guest isn’t in the room. TV also keep switching itself off. Hotel looks lovely and staff were nice but ultimately I did not have enjoyable stay/nights sleep.

Lovely hotel. Got it for around £50-60 each which is amazing for the location on a Saturday night. Staff were lovely, room was lovely, when I arrived to check in at check in time I had to wait for 10 Mins due to room not being ready (wasn’t a problem at all) but staff gave us a drinks voucher for the bar. Only stayed the night here.. excellent check in and nice modern room, small but it had everything you would need for a business stay.. didn’t use the bar or restaurant, so couldn’t rate one way or another.. centrally located hotel, 5 easy minutes walk from Queen Street Rail station, which was why I chose this one.. would stay again

Wonderful property; we loved the decor & backlit headboard. Our room was spacious and very clean. The room was quiet and beds were quite comfortable. Nice shower & hooks for hanging wet towels. Love having a kettle for tea & coffee in the room. This hotel is convenient to everything; 5-minute walk to the train station & numerous restaurants plus shopping nearby. There is a lift. Staff friendly & helpful. Will definitely book again on next trip.
