Nothing compares to having the sparkling waters of Sleeping Bear Bay and its sugar white sands as your backdrop. Inside, the sunny living area is conveniently equipped with inviting sofas, a wood fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with cable. Air conditioning throughout allows you to be comfortable during your stay. Prepare mouth-watering meals for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all major appliances. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. The main bedroom features its own en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has access to the hallway bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find two more bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
