The staff doesn't seem flexible. I wanted to change my 2-queen standard room to a 2-queen suite room with an extra charge, but he said it was not available. However, there were a lot of rooms when I pretended to book the room on the app.

The only thing that was really annoying was that laundry wasn’t 24hours at all, or that it didn’t have a lot of machines for more people to wash, the hours were terrible especially if one is trying to stay there and leave early to do activities around Chicago and come back late and don’t have time to wash anymore

The property was clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the property sits very close to the highway, our room was on the highway said and it was noisy from the traffic, other than that it was a pleasant stay.
