I been waiting on my money back i did not never stay because it had bed bugs and the shower did not work and they owe me money for the room and my Deposit.

Please clean the rooms
This is the 2nd Rodeway Inn that we’ve stayed in. Like the rating Ive given on our first Rodeway inn, 1 star. The only amenities that we like is the ac. Everything is crap. Dirty floor. The trays with the coffee maker, even the coffee maker is dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Towels with stains. They have bed bugs too!! How would Choice Hotels allow them to operate with this kind of standard. As a paying customer we expect that rooms given to us is clean. Please Choice Hotels, check your hotel branches and make sure they are clean.

Roadway inn in Rifle Colorado
The hotel was filthy and infested with bugs. The shots had stains and other people’s hair on them. The bugs were in the bed and the bathroom was disgusting! I had to but my own pillow and but towels because theirs were gross! I also had to sanitize and clean it the toilet was so dirty it had a black ring around it in the inside of it. The worse hotel I have ever been in! I would not be recommending this to nobody and neither should you!

The room was beyond dirty. It had no pillow cases the sheets were brown. White crusty stuff all over the tv stand. Shower had blank rings and something nasty spread on the walls. We didn’t stay. I was afraid to even set my bags down on the bed. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

First off the tv kept going in and out. It was a little noisy, heard workers from somewhere in the hall leaving for their work at like 5 am. It woke me up. The coffee pot I plugged it in to the lamp outlets and it didn't work, no outlets by the coffee pot itself. Also, the towel rack fell off when I grabbed for a towel off of it.

The room was dirty. The shower wall had something growing on it. The breakfast area was not well organized and the trash can was filthy and over flowing. There was supposed to be a hot breakfast and there wasn't. There were questionable people hanging outside at night. Nothing positive.

I booked two rooms for a framing crew. 10 days with no cleaning or changing towels, also had bedbugs. They literally went to Walmart and bought their own towels and set off bug bombs in the room and themselves. Could not have a worse recommendation for a property anywhere.

Couldn't wait to check out of this place. Stayed 2 nights and paid over $200.00 1) The sheets were dirty. Hair, stains, someones old underwear underneath the sheets. (Alerted front desk. No one came.) Had to use my sleeping bag. 2) T.V didn't work. 3) Wifi didn't work. 4) Fridge wasn't working 5) Pillows were uncomfortable. 6) bed was uncomfortable. 7) Couldn't even keep the coffee fresh.

Terrible nasty place!!
This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I felt very unsafe with all the people out my window being loud til midnight and the people who would just sit right outside the doors smoking in the dark. When we walked into our room the floors were dirty and it had a bad smell. When I went to give my daughter a bath, I had to clean the bath tub because of the slime and dirt that was in there. There was no plug for the bathtub. When I went to plug my phone in, I couldn’t find any plug ins in the room other than the one behind the TV stand and the one in the bathroom. I finally found one behind the big night stand. We hooked up to Netflix on the TV but the internet was too slow and kept kicking us off. After about every ten minutes we would have to reconnect. The beds were pretty stiff. We could hear The people above us running up and down the hall until about 11 at night. The front desk person was terrible. We had two queen beds and only two towels. I went to ask for another towel and the guy questioned me why I needed another towel. He was very frustrated that he had to get up to get me one. Some of the towels were dirty or stained. The positive about the room was it was super cold which is how I like it. I would definitely NOT stay here again. We travel a lot and this is for sure a place I would never stay again.
