This is a great property. I would have liked to check in a little earlier though. I drove three hours in and had to wait 3hrs before I could check in.

Maxwell is an interesting combination of a 4 star and a 2 1/2 star hotel. Facilities are excellent mostly. Our room was beautifully renovated. But the sink gurgled when toilet was flushed. Check-in was unwelcoming, semi unfriendly, parking was offsite, and no help with luggage. In a really nice, chic setting. Kudos to architects, and craftsman on the renovation.

We stayed in the new tower and the rooms were nice, but basic. The bathrooms need better set ups. Having a shelf under the sink that is solid would be better. And actual door on the bathroom rather than the barn doors would be great too. It took almost 10 minutes for the shower to warm up. Beds were comfy as well. The staff was great. The bar and kitchen available is nice as well.

Unreal location with tastefully trendy updates! Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Plus the coffee shop in the bottom has hands down the best London fog on earth!!
