Been to Glenwood Springs many times but this is our first stay at Maxwell Anderson. Nice amenities and great walking to town for dinner, plus the Pub at the hotel is great.

We were very unhappy with the service. We stayed Monday afternoon until check out on Friday and had zero service!!! We were only given the two towels at check-in and no one ever came to change them. We were given two regular coffee K cups, and that was it for the entire four nights. Went checking in, there was a dirty glass with about an inch of water in it sitting on the refrigerator. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. When we checked out, I asked for a receipt and they told me they would email it to me because they could not print receipts….I never received the receipt!

The best bed and pillows ever! The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was remodeled in a beautiful way with regard for the historic aspects of the property. Can't wait to go back.
