Setup: 3x double-bed and sofa bed.

This apartment is ideal for long-term stays: workspace, equipped kitchen, washing and dryer machine. The apartment is located 50 meters from a co-working place.

The flat is 55m2 and is located on the second floor of a well-kept tenement house.

I provide you with a well-equipped kitchen and small books library that can be read on a comfortable sofa.

The washing and dry machines for clothes are available for an additional small fee.

If you would like a place for two people to "work from home", or if you just want extra desk space, we can replace the coffee table with a 2nd desk. Just let us know ahead of time.

Self check-in is available. The apartment is located in the well kept tenement house and the city parking is within 50 meters from the apartment.

There is no elevator in the building and the common space is clean and well protected. Nearby are convenience shops and there is plenty of restaurants and cafes where you can eat a morning breakfast etc.
