Hot tub, private dock, swimming area/sandy bottom lake (great fishing!), paddle boat, kayaks, row boats, 3 decks & a firepit - FUN GALORE! Then there's the house w/ a Jacuzzi tub, double head shower, gas grill, 48” Plasma Smart TV w/ Roku, fiber optic wifi, heat, a/c, oven with built in air fryer, just to name a few. Located on one of the most desired private all sports lakes in the area, you won’t want to miss this country setting located on the side of a hill in the treetops (so there are stairs). Bring back those childhood memories of living in a tree house but enjoy all the amenities this cottage has to offer. Let’s just say you won’t feel like you're roughing it or spending the week at Grandma’s old cottage.

Oh and did we mention, we are DOG FRIENDLY with NO DOG FEES!!!

The cottage is private, with stairs, & does not sit directly on the private lake. Since it is a private lake, we can not allow you to bring your own watercraft. There is great fishing from the dock or take the rowboat/paddle boat/kayaks out to get to other areas of the lake! Blue gills, crappie, bass.....fish galore! We also have an automatic generator should the house lose power at any time! (seasonal outdoor furniture and kayaks). Maximum of 2 vehicles please, and 4WD is recommended in the winter! NOTE: We do have a ring camera/light, records upon motion detection, on the parking area only.

Close to the KalHaven Nature Trail, ski resorts, wineries, and Lake Michigan and it's coastal cities are just a short drive away!

Great lil cabin close to the lake!
Check in was easy, cabin was very clean and kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Master room had great views to wake up to. Hot tub was awesome. Short walk to dock and lake, swimming right at the dock with a sandy bottom. Only downside is the firepit was almost over full so we could not use it. Other than that was great place, would stay again!!

Wonderful, wonderful treetop cottage
We had a wonderful time at the Treetop cottage. I can't say enough nice things about it. My wife & I both thought highly of the place and we'd definitely come back. It was so relaxing being up in the trees. The cottage is up on a nice little hill and we felt like we had our own little oasis. The cottage was laid out in a nice open floor plan and was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we especially liked all the windows at night. The cottage had 3 porches and we loved the main one off the entry door. Laura was super nice and communicated everything well with us as needed. The cottage is in Gobles (try the "Klassic" arcade) and Kalamazoo, Allegan and Paw Paw are 17-20 minutes away. There's also an excellent pizza place called Erbelli's in Kalamazoo - highly recommended. All in all, the cottage was just what we needed and made for a relaxing and fun week.

The cottage was the perfect choice for our visit to the Gobles area! Very clean and comfortable. Since we were mostly visiting family in the area we didn’t get a chance to enjoy everything the cottage has to offer. Hope to next time!

Girls weekend
We really had a wonderful weekend. The place was very clean and beautiful surroundings. The stairs might be a problem for anyone with a disability, it's a bit of a climb with luggage and groceries, got some good exercise.

Great spot!
We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the quick access to the lake (less than 30 second walk), and kayaking. The cabin is up on a hill in the trees, even with a couple of other houses around it is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely want to stay here again!

A great property to get away while still being near everything.
My wife and I had a short vacation and it was great. Property is very private/secluded yet you are still only 10 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. In addition you are no more than 1 hour away from all of SW Michigans great beach towns (St. Joe, South Haven, Holland, Saugatuck). Property was very clean, had everything we need and check in/check out was very smooth. Highly recommend staying here

Lovely Stay, Very Particular Owners
Nice stay, but save your money. Owners just waiting to rip off your security deposit, or blame you for breaking one of many, many rules. There is even a book of rules on the premise. Stay here at your own risk, unless you are the owners themselves.
