Extremely noisy construction right outside the hotel. The hotel had a terrible smell. It seemed very worn and maintained. We were charged more than the rate that have been booked at. Cleanliness of rooms was not good. We decided not to stay at the hotel after our first room was dirty, then was given another room, which was also not clean.

The toilet & bathtub are separated from the sink. The lighting and furniture are ancient and need upgrading. . The bed was fine. The free breakfast was just edible. The chowder at night was excellent. The free use of pool tables were great.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever experienced in terms of hotel condition and cleanliness. There were many areas of concern but the worst was the condition of the bed mattresses (exposed/ripped foam, dirty stained mattresses etc.,). The sheets were clean but the mattress covers and fitted sheets barely fit the bed so the boxspring/mattresses were exposed). I would never suggest anyone stay here and we never would again and it makes me leafy of ever staying at a Quality Inn again.

Ok to stay the night as close to airport and good airport shuttle. Took around 20 minutes for water to get hot enough for a shower. Hot water just trickled through the spigot. Continental breakfast was more limited then other Quality Inns we have stayed at
