Always a solid place to stay before arrival to the airport. Parking close by and shuttle to and from and to your vehicle. Great value and always a great stay with the comfiest bed around! Some things outdated but still great A

I had a flight cancellation and, not realizing that Air Canada would provide hotel vouchers, booked a room here on Expedia so that I had something. Once I had a hotel voucher, I called to ask if they could honor the voucher or otherwise be able to refund me, but the hotel said yes they would honor the voucher and that I would need to discuss with Expedia for a refund. Ok, so I contacted Expedia and their representative told me that the hotel would actually need to authorize the refund.. ok. So that's not what the hotel told me. So the Expedia rep contacted the hotel on my behalf to ask about the voucher and refund and although they were very helpful, they could not negotiate a refund. I called the hotel back, and now they said that no, they would neither honour the voucher nor be able to offer a refund due to their policy. The hotel rep that I talked to first lied to me, sent me to Expedia, who then sent me back to talk to the hotel. I used the voucher at a different hotel and the Airport Hotel and Expedia conspired to take my money instead of being reasonable. Not the best hotel on the block anyway, from what I hear.

Pros- free parking and shuttle to YHZ Cons-older rooms could use a revamp. Breakfast was included but was not very good at all and shuttles from YHZ were almost impossible to get. We have stayed here a few times and this last time, we gave up on even trying for the shuttle back to the hotel and jumped in a taxi instead.

They aren’t accountable for their shuttle service. They send one “only if needed” but they should have two running. Cost $22 taxi to go from airport back to hotel because the shuttle couldn’t pick us up even after waiting one hour. They pickup any random person who happens to be outside waiting for it even though they didn’t call for the shuttle.
