Very crowded and noisy area
The front of the the hotel was crowded 6 am on my check out fulled of street vendors. I had to walk across the street to catch the ubber drive. The food of the restaurant was not great and the customer service was terrible

Acredito que um ponto de melhoria seja a dinâmica dos elevadores, são bem lentos em horários críticos. Ademais, o hotel é seguro, confortável e limpo, itens essenciais para quem não quer se preocupar na viagem. Recomendo!

O hotel tem uma ótima localização para quem quer fazer compras, pois fica dentro do centro de compras e a poucos metros da feira hippie e rodoviária. Atendimento muito bom, o quarto bem pequeno, o serviço de quarto deixou a desejar pois só fica uma pessoa na recepção, sendo eu precisei de um lençol e tive que ir buscar. O café da manhã é bem básico e sem muitas opções. No geral foi bom

Fiquei quase 1 hora para conseguir sair do estacionamento. Precisei ir 2 vezes na recepção para trocar o ticket. Elevadores demoram uma eternidade. Os banheiros também alagam pq a água não desce.

Estadia muito boa, no centro das compras de Goiania. Unico ponto ruim foi a demora do elevador, sendo que tinham 3 e 1 estava em manutenção, neste hotel as pessoas vem com muitas malas, carrinhos e sacolas e com isso, no horario do final das compras acaba entrando no máximo 3 pessoas por vez e demora demais. No mais o hotel é confortavel, limpo, com camas boas, restaurante e cafe da manha bons.
