We have stayed here on a few occasions now. The service is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the location is great. Whilst other hotels are slightly cheaper, we would rather pay a little more to stay somewhere we love. The rooms we have stayed in offer a closed off bedroom making the stay with a young family that much more enjoyable. We were even lucky enough to spot whales from our room this time around.

Check in with Madi was an absolute breeze We were early arriving and she checked us in then called us when room ready On arriving we were so lucky to be given upgrade to ocean view on 14th floor The little personal extras ie bottled water coffee pods biscuits toiletries drink voucher etc were so appreciated and just added a special welcoming touch Thank you Avani for lovely stay We wish it was longer than 2 nights but will certainly recommend and will be back A very special thank you to Madi for her professional friendly and accomodating check in
