Altho the view and sounding areas were nice and the hotel room itself looked nice. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for a near 2 week stay enough dishwashing liquid and washing powder 1 one load. There were dirty dishes left over from the last people coffee mugs that hadnt been cleaned just been put back on the shelf glasses with lipstick marks. There was even chewed gum in the fake pot plant on the deck. We were also told we would get complimentary wine and chocolate as this was out honeymoon which we also did not get. I wouldve call to ask for more supplies however they do not answer there phone. So youd think ok go see reception execpt you legit have to walk to the other building on this journey you walk past a woolworths so it was easier to go buy the stuff myself.

The room had soiled blankets left behind when we arrived it was rectified the next day after we bought it to their attention While we found the location great the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired

Can't complain about thr property or location in anyway... Fantastic for anyone going to surfers. But...QStay itself was terrible. We were informed a week before arriving that the aircon was not working, we could either cancel or live with temporary units for the week we were there. When I replied saying a apology, a discount or an upgrade would have been nice. Finding somwhere else with a week to go was extremely incoventient, their initial response was "it's inconvenient for us too". Only after I complained was I offered an apology and a discount. We arranged a late check in and had videos, photos and instructions of what to do and where to go. We arrived by tram at 9pm, assigned lockbox 3. The lockboxes weren't numbered, luckily we were lock box 3. This meant counting from the top down or bottom up we were the same lock box... Then the pin code for the lock box had to be input about 50 times pushing softly at first and steadily harder and harder over a 20minute period before it finally fell open. We now had our electronic access and apartment instructions. We followed their instructions and video and arrived at the door in the video very easily, only to find our key fob not working. After another 30minutes of trying to get in did we find out there are two towers and we'd been directed to the wrong one. We then found our way to the correct tower and our room. Great accommodation that we would probably use again, let down by poor service and organisation.

We had nine people stay at the apartment (2 families) and it was really well designed and well appointed. There were some issues though and having spent nearly 10k for a week we’re disappointed with a couple of things. - air conditioning was terrible, it basically didn’t work in the master and other main bedroom leading to very poor sleep most nights. - there was only one fan for the whole apartment - kitchen was absolutely beautiful but it wasn’t set up well. There was so little provided to cook Most cupboards were empty specifically: -No proper wine glasses (clearly the cheapest from ikea) - tiny glasses and tea cups (you need mugs and large glasses) - no egg flip/ spatula (important) - no platters/boards for cheese or salad bowl - need large pot for cooking pasta etc on 2 small pots provided - both frypans non stick had worn off. We travel a lot and I would expect a lot better from such an expensive accommodation.

Pretty good value- great spot - communication great Some things a bit strange - no tea or coffee and no toilet paper - not too much trouble as there was a Woolworths close by but not real pleasant to find out there was no toilet paper provided. Few cockroaches in the unit and it had a bit of a danky smoky smell. Great view. Very central - Generally satisfied overall but with the property - probably wouldn’t stay again though unless pressed
