The room I was given did not get dark and the windows don’t fully close. The hall light remained on all night which was very disturbing. Noise levels were lower than expected which was nice.

Room was clean, loved the big fluffy towels and comfy pillows, reception person was very welcoming, it was my first time at a YHA and i was very impressed, also loved all the local information around the place.

It was great but the toilet and shower on the ground floor broke and have to go up and down stairs to the only female toilet left ... Otherwise it was great , clean huge kitchen and fridge games room ,pool and more

I was told on my booking day room has self contained and kitchen facility staff did not explain or mention was a backpackers motel room was very hot fan was broken couldn’t change mode not safe to use it was hazard we couldn’t sleep to noisey I can send picture off the fan not safe to use I think I should get my money back
